Feed roll is used to transport polymer strands to pelletizer in a demanding working condition, where high temperature and strong abrasion continuously limit the life of feed roll. For this reason, it is important to have the right roller in operation.
 
With many years’ experience in rubber technology, we have developed two special compound formula materials for this application.
NBR, maximum temperature resistant 180°, extremely wear resistant
PUR, maximum temperature resistant 150°, very wear resistant
 
Our rollers are successfully used on pelletizers of Maag Automatik, Scheer, Coperion and many other Chinese OEM as well as end customers, who are very happy with our quality and performance.
 
We not only produce new feed rolls in standard dimensions, but also fabricate custom-made rollers. In addition, we also provide recoating service for worn out feed rolls.
